Welcome to DOS COCOS! Escape to a tropical setting located in the heart of North Palm Beach just 20 min from airport - Located walking distance six blocks from Lakeside Park Beach and minutes driving to palm beach gardens mall and dozens of great restaurants. The backyard has tremendous landscaping with a beautiful private pool and putting green. The pool cabana is separate from the rest of the house and Is not included in the rental. If you book for 1 week or more, breakfast groceries will be provided upon your arrival, just tell me what you want and I will make sure they are there!

The putting green is open for use! I have 6 putters and plenty of golf balls. Please ABSOLUTELY NO CHIPPING!! Please be respectful of the 8 PM closing time of the putting green.

I also have an extra bag of golf clubs available for rent if you would like to use them if you chose to golf in the area.

They are Ben Hogan Apex, Titleist volley wedge, Taylor made M2 driver, Taylor made UDI 2 iron, Titleist hybrid. Cost to rent clubs is $100/day

There is no charge to use the grill!

There are lights located on the coconut trees. Press the buttons on the small box and the bottom side of solar panel to activate. Night only please.

the additional room is a king bed that can fit two people. its a Temper-pedic mattress, includes 50 inch TV, full bathroom, full kitchenette, desk and monitor to work, a couch and coffee table as well as a closet. FULL AC and Hurricane windows with a special touch of Automatic blinds that can go up and down at the press of a button
